Product shipping

After confirmation of payment by the financial institution, your order will be ready to be picked and packed for delivery. Shipping is always done within 3 (three) business days after confirmation of payment.

You can simulate the lead time of your order after adding a product to your shopping cart. Just enter the zip code of your address and click on "Calculate".

Shipping methods

Our deliveries are made through the Post, in Pac and Sedex modalities. If you are urgent in receiving your order, we recommend that you choose the “Sedex” option.

For deliveries in Rio de Janeiro, we use a private company and deliveries are made within 24 hours.

Exchanges and Refunds  

All exchanges or returns must be within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product and must be communicated (before shipping) by email or whatssApp for guidance. Product returned without this communication, after the deadline or missing items/accessories that accompany it, will be evaluated by the Ayurveda Office.

The product must be in perfect condition, with all accessories, manuals, certificates and no signs of use, without violating the original packaging and/or label for evaluation.

Order cancellations will be accepted with full refund of amounts paid only if not yet dispatched, except special order or custom items. If they have already been shipped, we request that they be returned in their undamaged packaging and the refund will be made less shipping costs.


The approved refund will be done as follows:

Credit Card Purchases: The customer may choose to receive a Purchase Voucher in the amount paid, which will be used as a credit to be used to purchase any product on the website, or request a refund of the amount paid on the credit card statement. Attention: the refund by the Card institution can only occur on the subsequent invoice.

Purchases via Boleto or Bank Deposit: The customer may choose to receive a Voucher in the amount paid, which will be used as a credit to be used for the purchase of any product on the website or request a refund in their checking account. In this case, the account holder must be the same person who placed the order on the website.

Purchases made with PagSeguro or similar company: contact Customer Service for guidance that may vary according to the deadline.

For both cases, the refund will be made within 5 working days after the analysis of the product received. Compensation may vary by Financial Institution.
